Hearing the news today that Christians in Iraq are being killed and driven from their homes made me sad and burdened today. Our son, Marine Sgt. Jesse Strong, died nine years ago in Iraq trying to bring them personal freedom and new religious liberty. I pray for the Christians who are facing dire persecution and death for their beliefs. May God strengthen their faith and protect them from evil.
